A leading law firm in the UK is seeking a CRM Manager to implement a new CRM system and support client development efforts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a CRM role within professional services, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and strong data management skills. This position is crucial for enhancing the firm's marketing and client management strategies.

They are looking for a CRM Manager to join their team, this role will play a pivotal part in the implementation of a new CRM system and work closely with the Head of Digital and BD Director. This role will then support the firms overall strategic client development and growth programme.
