Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Ownership: Take charge of planning, executing, and optimising CRM campaigns across multiple territories, ensuring they align with business deadlines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement test and learn strategies to enhance campaign performance and improve customer KPIs, such as purchase frequency and revenue per buyer.
• Insights Collaboration: Partner with the insights team to track campaign performance and leverage data to refine future strategies.
• Database Management: Keep a close eye on database metrics to maintain an accurate view of active opt-ins and churn rates.
• Initiative Ownership: Drive initiatives aimed at improving database opt-ins, employing a test and learn approach to attract high-quality subscribers.
• Compliance: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer data governance and GDPR compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will need
