As our CRM Campaign Manager, you will be at the very heart of this evolution. You will own the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns in Braze, from brief to build, QA, launch, and optimisation.
You will build and manage Canvases and action-based campaigns across email, push, and in-app, working closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Operations to improve engagement and drive measurable business outcomes. As the CRM Campaign Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of sophisticated CRM campaigns within Braze. You will be the architect of our customer journeys, building and managing multi-step "Canvases" and action-based campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
You will also take full ownership of analytics and reporting, tracking performance metrics like delivery, opens, and conversions to provide actionable recommendations to the Head of Performance Marketing & CRM and key stakeholders. To ensure we are always staying ahead of the game, you will proactively stay current on Braze capabilities and CRM best practices, recommending process improvements and innovative tools to increase our speed and quality. Your mission is to translate high-level strategies into technical builds that ensure every message is relevant, engaging, and GDPR-compliant.
