Job summary

KWS UK Ltd. in Thriplow is seeking a CRM & Commercial Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this full-time role, you’ll shape our customer journey strategy and optimise our CRM systems to support marketing and sales excellence.

You will act as Salesforce expert, collaborate with the Digital Marketing team and cross-functional colleagues, ensure GDPR compliance and data governance, and help drive customer engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in customer journey marketing and/or CRM.
• Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.
• Experience in project management and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Champion a customer-centric approach by ensuring a consistent and smooth experience across all touchpoints and stages of the customer journey.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive and cross-functional teams to assess and enhance customer interactions across channels and platforms.
• Design and deliver exceptional customer experiences through all marketing activities.
• Act as the Salesforce expert for KWS UK, promoting system adoption and best practices across internal teams.
• Optimise the CRM system (Salesforce) in alignment with marketing and sales requirements.
• Provide hands‑on support to internal teams for efficient CRM usage.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and uphold data governance standards.
