Job summary

Zealous Agency is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to lead email and app CRM campaigns for a high‑profile retail brand in the UK.

This hands-on role focuses on data-driven personalisation, testing and optimisation, using Adobe Journey Optimiser to deliver targeted customer journeys that boost engagement and commercial performance.

You’ll collaborate across teams, manage campaigns end-to-end, and stay ahead of GDPR/PECR requirements, in Wakefield.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in email/CRM marketing.
Experience using Adobe Journey Optimiser and Customer Journey Orchestration/Analytics.
Experience planning and delivering email marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.
Strong analytical mindset with creativity and customer engagement focus.
Excellent organisation and time management with multiple priorities.
Understanding of GDPR and PECR privacy regulations.
Collaborative approach working with multiple teams and external partners.
Proactive, curious attitude with quick learning and delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver promotional email and app campaigns aligned to seasonal objectives.
Manage campaigns end-to-end from planning through delivery and performance reporting.
Use Adobe Journey Optimiser and journey analytics to personalise experiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver engaging, on-brand CRM activity.
Create testing/optimisation plans using data to improve results.
Deliver personalised experiences via segmentation and dynamic content.
Monitor CRM trends and opportunities to boost performance.
