Job summary

KWS UK Ltd. is seeking a CRM & Commercial Analytics Specialist to join our Thriplow team. This full-time role focuses on shaping the customer journey, optimising Salesforce-driven CRM processes, and supporting marketing and sales excellence.

You will collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to enhance cross-channel interactions, deliver superior customer experiences, and ensure GDPR compliance. The position requires 4+ years in CRM or customer journey marketing and is UK-based with

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience in customer journey marketing and/or CRM.
Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of customer engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.
Experience in project management and campaign execution.
UK-based and available to work from Thriplow office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

Own and refine CRM and customer journey strategy across marketing channels.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Exec and cross-functional teams to optimise interactions.
Design and deliver exceptional customer experiences through campaigns and touchpoints.
Act as Salesforce expert for KWS UK Ltd and promote best practices.
Ensure CRM system alignment with marketing and sales requirements and provide user support.
