Job summary

Clearly Jobs Ltd. in London is seeking a CRM & Analytics Specialist to own the day-to-day performance of our in-house CRM platform. This role is 70% CRM and 30% analytics, working with a team of CRM and data specialists to support stores nationwide.

You will troubleshoot issues, improve workflows and data quality, run SQL queries, and help turn customer and sales data into actionable commercial insight. Hybrid working options available in Central London.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and optimizing a CRM system.
• Ability to derive insights from customer and sales data.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day performance of the in-house CRM platform.
• Troubleshoot bugs, system issues and user queries.
• Be the main point of contact for teams across locations.
• Improve CRM workflows, forms and customer enquiry processes.
• Support integrations, upgrades, testing and data migrations.
• Write and run SQL queries.
• Monitor and improve data quality.
