KWS UK Ltd. in Thriplow is seeking a CRM & Commercial Analytics Specialist to shape our customer journey strategy and optimise our Salesforce CRM to support marketing and sales excellence.

This full-time role requires a hands-on, analytical professional based in the UK. You will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive and cross-functional teams to drive data-led customer experiences, ensure GDPR compliance, and promote system adoption across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in customer journey marketing and/or CRM.
• Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.
• Experience in project management and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Champion a customer-centric approach across all touchpoints and stages of the journey.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive and cross-functional teams to enhance customer interactions.
• Design and deliver exceptional customer experiences through all marketing activities.
• Act as the Salesforce expert for KWS UK, promoting system adoption and best practices.
• Optimise the CRM system (Salesforce) in alignment with marketing and sales requirements.
• Provide hands-on support to internal teams for efficient CRM usage.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and uphold data governance standards.
