KWS UK Ltd. is seeking a CRM & Commercial Analytics Specialist to join our Thriplow team in a full-time role. You will shape our customer journey strategy and optimise our CRM systems to support marketing and sales excellence.

As Salesforce expert, you will collaborate across teams to enhance customer interactions, ensure GDPR compliance, and drive data-driven commercial outcomes. A proactive, analytical mindset is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in customer journey marketing and/or CRM.
• Proven Salesforce expertise.
• UK-based and able to work from Thriplow office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Champion a customer-centric experience across all touchpoints and stages of the journey.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Executive and cross-functional teams to enhance customer interactions.
• Design and deliver exceptional customer experiences through marketing activities.
• Act as Salesforce expert and promote system adoption and best practices.
• Optimize Salesforce to align with marketing and sales requirements.
• Provide hands-on CRM support to internal teams.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data governance standards.
