KWS UK Ltd. in Thriplow is seeking a CRM & Commercial Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this full-time role, you’ll drive customer journey strategies and streamline Salesforce-driven CRM across marketing and sales.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in CRM and analytics, strong Google Analytics and CRM skills, and a proven track record in customer engagement. UK-based, you will work from Thriplow office at least three days a week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer journey marketing and/or CRM.
• Advanced skills in Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.

Responsibilities

• Champion a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to optimize interactions.
• Design and deliver superior customer experiences through marketing activities.
• Act as Salesforce expert and promote adoption across teams.
• Optimize the CRM system to meet marketing and sales needs.
• Provide hands-on CRM support to internal teams.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data governance.
