Job summary

A leading EAP provider in the UK seeks a CISM trained Counsellor to join their Critical Incident Response team as an Affiliate. Candidates must be BACP/UKCP/NCS registered and have experience providing contracted counselling. The role involves face-to-face counselling, onsite and remote support, and regular debriefs. Competitive fees including travel expenses will be offered.

Overview

Calling all CISM trained Counsellors – join our Critical Incident Response team as an Affiliate at HealthHero

We are an EAP provider offering psychological solutions to corporate customers across the UK. We work with a network of experienced clinicians and provide bespoke services to banks, railways, and insurance companies. Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) training is required.

Responsibilities
  • Face to face Counselling
  • Provide Onsite and/or Remote Support for other companies and/or EAPs
  • Regular debriefs post-delivery of onsite and remote support
Qualifications
  • BACP/UKCP/NCS (or equivalent) registered Counsellor
  • CISM trained
  • Diploma qualification in Counselling (Level 4 minimum)
  • Minimum 450 hours post-qualification, supervised client hours
  • Experience in a similar role providing contracted counselling and managing own caseload
  • IT skills including proficiency with Microsoft systems and electronic clinical record systems
  • Valuable experience with a diverse range of corporate customers
