A national health organization is looking for a Mental Health Crisis Recovery Worker in Gillingham. Job Title: Mental Health Crisis Recovery Worker
Hours: 34.5hrs per week
Location: Medway
Shifts: 3 x 12 hours a week, 8am-8pm, 365 days a year
Salary: £25,958 with progression up to £28,662 per annum pro rata.

Job Purpose: To provide safe and effective management of a team/s within MHM\'s portfolio of Community Matters services, ensuring high quality service delivery to clients. We work in close partnership with other professionals, so we require good communication skills and advocacy for the people who we support.
About you: You will require advanced experience and understanding of complex mental health needs displaying emotional intelligence to those who you support. You will be driven with recovery focused support and be able to implement and evidence support in the recovery work you provide. There is a need for enhanced understanding of IT systems and record keeping ensuring a high standard of data recording. You will need to work well as a team that provides compassion and advocacy for people who access our service, ensuring diligent hand overs are provided as well as team decision making ensuring there in consistency in the care and service we offer.
