Job Description

This role is ideal for Criminal Barrister passionate about Criminal Law and committed to long-term career growth. Our Client is seeking skilled lawyers with the ambition to assume leadership roles as a Heads of Department, and Director, helping shape the future of the firm. This role requires a combination of legal expertise, business acumen, and a forward-thinking approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee criminal defence cases, ensuring quality representation and client satisfaction
  • Lead and supervise team members, providing support and fostering a positive work environment
  • Contribute to business development by expanding client relationships and the firm’s presence
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards within the team
  • Play a role in strategic decisions alongside Directors, driving growth and efficiency within the firm
