• Develop and maintain effective processes for return and adjustable premiums.

Overview

Credit Controller - Insurance, The City, London

My client, an insurance company based in The City of London has a role for a permanent Credit Controller.

Responsibilities

• Chasing Brokers/Clients for funds due on insurance premiums
• Reporting - aged debt, Statement of accounts, adhoc reports (reports for brokers, underwriters and other departments in Volante).
• Use autorek to cash matching funds received for premiums
• Meeting with Underwriters & brokers & Head of Credit Control to resolve queries (internally & Externally)
• Resolving queries raised by the business and other departments
• Ensuring an effective process is developed and maintained for return and adjustable premiums

Key Skills

• Strong ability to use Microsoft Office
• Analytical & Presentation skills that ensure information is appropriate for the audience
• Strong Communication and persuasion skills with both internal and external stakeholders
