Job Description
  • Manage and maintain the company's credit control processes effectively.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and reduce overdue debts.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies or payment issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and outstanding debts for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and finance, to address account queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all credit control activities.
  • Assist with ad hoc finance tasks as required by the department.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:
