A leading insurance firm in Bolton is seeking a Credit Control team member. The role involves debt collection activities, resolving queries, and developing strong relationships with partners. You will work 40% remotely, increasing to 60% in the future, with competitive salary and benefits. We’ve an opportunity to join our Credit Control team. You'll be part of a team that is responsible for debt collection activity, resolving queries and reducing aged debt through review and analysis of insurance broker partner accounts. This involves making and receiving telephone calls, which requires strong communication skills and the ability to develop great relationships.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attendance at our Bolton office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
