About the Role

This varied role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking and thrives in a dynamic, creative environment. You'll be involved in everything from admin to assisting with photo shoots, order fulfilment and customer service. We'd love to hear from you if you're highly organised, proactive, and passionate about fashion and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Admin & Operations
    • Handle general administrative tasks.
    • Assist with order processing, packing, and shipping to ensure a smooth customer experience.
    • Maintain inventory and liaise with suppliers when necessary.
    • Serve as the primary liaison for building management, handling maintenance, repairs, and operational issues.
    • Adept at organising and managing events such as pop-up shops and sample sales.
  • Customer Service & Queries
    • Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media in a timely, friendly manner.
    • Handle order issues, exchanges, and general customer support.
    • Provide excellent service to ensure a positive brand experience.
Who You Are
  • Comfortable using Canva and Adobe.
  • Experience in a similar role or a strong interest in fashion and admin work.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential, But a Plus!)
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail.
  • Knowledge of Shopify.
