• Ideally on track to achieve A-levels or BTECs in Business or ICT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Hold a full UK driver's licence (ideally).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to projects as needed.
• Support Business Unit Super Users in system understanding.
• Contribute to knowledge base of CR related systems.
• Monitor SLA performance of software providers.
• Conduct checks on system functionality.
• Provide information for internal reports and meetings.
