Teaching Personnel are partnering with a wide range of mainstream secondary schools across the Wirral, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team!
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning when regular teachers are absent. You’ll be supporting students, managing classroom behaviour, and helping maintain a positive learning environment — all while gaining insight into school life and building experience that will support your future teaching career.
Whether you’re an experienced cover supervisor, a graduate hoping to pursue a teaching career, or someone with valuable experience working with young people, we’d love to hear from you! This role is ideal for individuals who:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
