Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver pre‑prepared lesson materials to classes across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Manage student behaviour in line with school policies, maintaining a positive, safe learning environment.
  • Ensure pupils stay on task, offering support and clarification where needed (teaching is not required).
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and escalating concerns appropriately.
  • Keep accurate records of attendance, behaviour, and completed work.
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings, year groups, and subject areas as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and senior leaders.
