Requirements

To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:

  • A strong interest in education and supporting young people.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and confidence working with secondary-age students.
  • A valid DBS check (or be willing to apply for one through ABC Teachers).
  • Previous experience in schools, tutoring, youth work, or coaching is desirable but not essential; full training and support will be provided.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • A strong interest in education and supporting young people.
