The role of a Cover Supervisor includes:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons to classes in KS3 and KS4

• Managing behaviour to ensure a calm and engaging learning environment

• Supporting students with their learning and encouraging participation

• Covering a variety of subjects and year groups across the school

• Ensuring lessons run smoothly in the absence of the class teacher
