What Does a Cover Supervisor Do?

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the absence of a teacher.
• Supervise and engage students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Support students with their learning and answer general questions.
• Work across a variety of subjects - every day is different!

What are we looking for? Cover Supervisors - Kingston and Richmond Southwest London

• We have openings for Cover Supervisors who are skilled in the classroom, possess great behaviour management skills, and can add value to each lesson. If you do not have classroom experience, you should demonstrate good leadership skills and the ability to influence.
• You may be an ambitious graduate passionate about education, with some experience working in schools or educational settings, or an experienced Cover Supervisor ready to bring your skills to the classroom. This position is crucial for the smooth running of the school.
