Role

The role is to manage classroom behaviour whilst ensuring pupils remain on task and complete the work that has been set.

• Classroom experience or training is an advantage but not essential
• Be able to communicate effectively with pupils and other staff members
• Will be able to create an exciting and safe learning environment
• Will adhere to professional education guidelines
• Be committed to the school's objectives and ethos by following school policies such as behaviour
• Must be reliable and responsible with good time management skills
