Ministry of Justice in Manchester is seeking an Operational Support Officer for National Services to provide telephone and administrative support to court users. You will work as part of a team, progressing cases through the court/tribunal system and delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires strong customer service, digital and administrative skills, and good communication. The office operates Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, with training and opportunities to work flexibly
