A legal firm in Greater London is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor with at least one year's PQE to handle a variety of welfare matters. The successful candidate will manage casework efficiently, advise clients on legal options, and ensure compliance with Legal Aid Agency standards. We are seeking a solicitor with a minimum of one year’s post‑qualification experience to represent clients in a wide range of Court of Protection (Welfare) matters.
You will work within a well‑regarded Social Welfare Department alongside colleagues specialising in community care, housing, and public law.
A strong commitment to access to justice is essential, as is a solid understanding of the legal aid scheme. Experience with privately funded matters would be an advantage.
