Court of Protection Associate / Senior Associate (NQ + )

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a leading national law firm प्ल Court of Protection team, based in Birmingham. The firm is widely recognised for its client-focused approach, inclusive culture, and commitment to colleague wellbeing and development.

This role offers the chance to work alongside a highly experienced Partner within a specialist Court of Protection practice, handling complex and high-value matters while also taking on leadership responsibility within a growing team.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied and often complex Court of Protection cas ਤੁ̀ll, including:

  • Property and affairs applications
  • High-value and complex deputyship matters
  • Trust, statutory will and damages management work
  • Acting as a key contact for clients and referrers
  • Supporting Partners with business development activities
  • Coaching, mentoring and supervising junior team members

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while contributing to the strategic growth of the team.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified ჰქონდა Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE
  • Demonstrable experience within Court of Protection or a strong private client background with exposure to COP work
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
