Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Operational Support Lead to join the Locality Therapy and Nursing Services Pathway. You will lead administrative teams, oversee workforce planning and support clinical services across Oxfordshire, developing county-wide processes and driving improvements.

The role involves travel to trust sites, reporting on KPIs, budgets and governance while ensuring safe, patient-focused service delivery.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage administrative teams, including recruitment, induction, performance management and staff development.
• Oversee workforce planning, rotas, attendance management, pay queries and operational processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead on county-wide initiatives and QA projects.

Responsibilities
