Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Operational Support Lead to join the Locality Therapy and Nursing Services Pathway. The role focuses on leading non-clinical staff across Oxfordshire, delivering high quality administrative support and driving county-wide processes.

The post involves coordinating rosters, KPIs, and office operations, with regular travel to trust sites. DBS check is required; driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Leads and manages administrative teams including recruitment, induction, performance management and staff development.
• Oversees workforce planning, rotas, attendance management, pay queries and operational processes for efficient service delivery.
• Drives continuous improvement and high‑quality administrative support across the Pathway and with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage administrative teams, including recruitment, induction, performance management and staff development
• Oversee workforce planning, rotas, attendance management, pay queries and operational processes to ensure efficient service delivery
• Provide leadership across the Pathway, driving continuous improvement, change initiatives and high-quality administrative support
• Build strong relationships with clinical, operational and external partners to support integrated patient care and service development
• Support the effective running of clinical services, ensuring patient-focused systems, risk management and service optimisation
• Monitor performance, budgets and KPIs, using data and reporting to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
• Monitor national, regional and local developments impacting community services and actively participate in local networks
• Ensure compliance with Trust policies, governance, quality standards, NHS data protection requirements, health and safety standards, employment legislation and CQC regulations
