Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Operational Support Lead to oversee non-clinical and clinical administrative workforces across Oxfordshire. This role emphasizes leadership of county-wide processes, KPI delivery, rosters, and office operations with a focus on continuous improvement and patient-focused systems.

The successful candidate will lead administrative teams, drive service development, and collaborate with clinical partners while complying with NHS governance

Qualifikationen

• Has management experience, ideally across multiple organisations.
• Experience line-managing staff, including development and HR issues.
• Experience of change management and implementing improvements.
• Willingness and ability to travel independently between sites across Oxfordshire.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage administrative teams, including recruitment, induction and performance management.
• Oversee workforce planning, rotas, attendance and pay queries for efficient service delivery.
• Provide leadership to drive continuous improvement and high-quality administrative support.
• Build strong relationships with clinical, operational and external partners to support integrated care.
• Support clinical services with patient-focused systems, risk management and service optimisation.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs and performance using data and reporting to inform decisions.
• Stay informed on national and local developments affecting community services and participate in local networks.
• Ensure compliance with policies, governance, data protection and NHS regulations.
