You will help us make a difference and foster trauma‑informed practice in the project. Your role will include providing clinical support to non‑clinical advocates through ongoing reflective practice and clinical supervision, and demonstrating knowledge of how severe and multiple disadvantage intersects with VAWG to make it difficult for women to engage with support.

You will have experience working as a clinical, counselling or forensic psychologist and have worked with people experiencing various aspects of severe and multiple disadvantage, including homelessness, substance use, mental health issues, insecure immigration status, prostitution, offending history and children taken into care.

Benefits
  • Flexible working
  • Focus on learning and development (internal career progression and training)
  • Generous holiday entitlement
  • Employer pension contribution
  • Family‑friendly leave and enhanced maternity pay
  • Access to Inclusion Networks
  • Daily clinical debriefing
  • Employee Assistance Programme providing free 24/7 support and advice
