A global retailer is seeking a Leadership Specialist to enhance leadership capabilities across their organization. This full-time role will involve analyzing leadership gaps, implementing development strategies, and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of leadership frameworks and proven experience in creating scalable leadership solutions. Flexibility for remote work is available, with an expectation of office presence three days a week to foster collaboration.

Reporting to the Head of Talent and Leadership Development, you will play a critical role in identifying leadership capability gaps and driving the implementation of H&M Group tools, learning programs, leadership principles, and development experiences.
Your work will empower our leaders to lead with care, inspire their teams, deliver exceptional results, and confidently guide COS into the future—creating an industry‑leading experience for their people.

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in London UK.
