A leading fashion retailer is seeking a Head of E-com EMEA to spearhead digital growth strategies across Europe, driving innovation and partnerships. The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience in retail and a proven track record in delivering growth. As the Head of E‑com EMEA you will shape and deliver COS’s long‑term digital growth vision across EMEA by driving innovation, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding marketplace and franchise ecosystems. This role is accountable for building a scalable e‑commerce infrastructure that accelerates revenue growth, strengthens brand presence, and ensures operational excellence across owned and partner channels.

This is a full‑time permanent contract based at our Regional Office in London.
