Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted expert advisor, providing tailored corporate tax solutions that go beyond compliance to help clients navigate planning opportunities and minimize risks.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with a wide range of clients—from owner-managed businesses to large multinational groups—understanding their unique needs and helping them achieve their ambitions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to deliver forward-thinking tax strategies, ensuring they're equipped to respond to evolving regulatory and market environments.
• Contribute to business development by identifying advisory opportunities, preparing proposals, and representing the firm at networking events to expand our client base and deepen existing relationships.
• Mentor and develop your team to deliver exceptional client service, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Who you are

• ACA / ACCA qualified, or equivalent (CTA qualification is a plus), with strong expertise in corporate tax advisory and compliance.
• A proactive advisor who listens carefully, understands client priorities, and communicates complex tax matters in clear, practical terms.
• Experienced in managing and developing teams, with a passion for coaching and nurturing talent to enhance client service excellence.
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial, ready to play a key role in the growth and success of both your regional office and the wider firm.
