A new opportunity for an ambitious junior corporate solicitor or Associate looking to build a first-class corporate career outside London, without compromising on the quality of work, training, or deal exposure.

This leading law firm is home to one of the most highly regarded corporate teams in Surrey and is now looking to strengthen its corporate practice, ideally at 1 yr PQE +. The team delivers city-quality transactions, advising on sophisticated deals for clients ranging from high-growth start-ups to established national and international businesses, with transaction values frequently reaching £20m+.

The Work

You will be exposed early to complex, high-value transactions across:

• Mid‑market M&A
• Private equity and growth capital
• Management buy‑outs and buy‑ins
• Joint ventures and restructurings
• Corporate finance
• Strategic advisory work

The role offers hands‑on involvement from day one, working closely with a Legal 500‑ranked partner and a technically strong, collaborative team that places real emphasis on developing junior lawyers.
