The London Corporate Department is one of the most dynamic practices in the market, advising ambitious, high-growth companies and their investors on private company work, M&A and capital markets. The focus is firmly on technology and life sciences, and the well supported team has grown considerably in the last few years through both lateral hires and internal promotions.

The team is seeking a UK-qualified mid-level associate (3-5 PQE) with strong academics and proven experience in cross-border M&A and/or private equity. Candidates should be confident running workstreams such as due diligence, disclosure and ancillary documentation, with experience stepping into a lead associate role. Exposure to VC backed company transactions is welcome but not essential.
