The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Partner or Legal Director to join their thriving Birmingham Corporate team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on high-profile transactions and play a strategic role in the growth of the practice. You will work with a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, UK PLCs, financial institutions, investors, and private businesses.

You will join a highly collaborative team. Advising institutional investors, corporates, and individuals on all aspects of corporate transactions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a senior role in a respected corporate team, recognised for delivering commercially focused advice and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations, and other complex corporate transactions.

  • Managing and mentoring junior lawyers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
