Job summary

A prestigious law firm is seeking a Junior Corporate Lawyer (1–2 PQE) to join its London team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on major cross-border transactions and strategic projects in the energy sector. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in corporate energy transactional work, a background from a leading UK/US or top energy firm, and strong academics. US-level compensation includes a base salary of £185k for 1 PQE and £200k for 2 PQE, plus bonus.

An elite US Law Firm is seeking a 1–2 PQE corporate associate to join its growing London team. You’ll work on high-value matters involving offshore acquisitions, large-scale M&A, government negotiations, carbon credits, battery storage platforms and more—within a team consistently recognised as a market leader in the energy sector.
