Qualifications

  • 5+ years PQE in corporate law.
  • Substantial corporate law experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and maintain precedents and guidance notes.
  • Identify and deliver training for lawyers at all levels.
  • Support onboarding and development of trainees and new joiners.
  • Monitor legal developments and disseminate updates.
  • Advise lawyers on legal issues with commercial insight.
  • Support research and direct junior lawyers to resources.
  • Contribute to business development and client campaigns.
  • Engage with legal tech and AI tools for knowledge delivery.
  • Support practice group strategy and learning development.
  • Maintain a know-how repository.
