About the role

Liberty Corporate Finance part of Cooper Parry is a corporate finance advisory firm specialising in supporting management teams involved in private equity transactions. Led by ex-Big 4 professionals with over 50 years of combined experience they've advised on more than 400 deals worth over 100bn across a wide range of sectors and geographies. As they enter an exciting new phase of growth we are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our expert team and help deliver market-leading advice to CEOs and management teams.

You’ll be working with the Partners on
  • Management Advisory Roles (100%) – advising management teams on their commercial terms when working with Private Equity Houses typically in Secondary buy‑outs; Deal size 50m to 4bn.
  • Workstreams – pitch preparation, modelling, private equity structure review and comparison of private equity house terms, exit modelling and evaluation of commercial terms received from Private Equity Houses.
Key Responsibilities

  • Contact / liaison point for CEO / CFO, lawyers, banks and private equity houses

About you
  • Educated to degree level
  • Accountancy background or equivalent corporate finance experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an accountancy, finance, business or legal background
  • Client‑facing positive attitude and work ethic
  • Personal effectiveness (e.g., influencing, managing change, resilience, initiative, adaptability, energy, integrity, analysing, solving problems, teamwork, communication – written and oral)
