Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

Location: Essex
Salary: £55,000 to £70,000
PQE: 4 years+

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of corporate and commercial cases, advise clients on complex matters, and play a key role in driving the expansion of the practice area.
• Handle a diverse range of matters such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, management buy-ins/outs, restructuring, and finance.
• Support initiatives to grow the commercial legal services.
• Work with colleagues to achieve departmental targets and KPIs.
• Engage in business development activities to attract and retain clients.

Candidate profile:

• A qualified Solicitor with over 4 years' PQE.
• Experience managing complex transactional corporate and commercial work.
• Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of client business needs.
