Are you looking for a role that will allow you to be involved with clients and insurers whist managing and developing a team of Client Advisors By joining Marsh in our Bristol office this opportunity would see you join the successful management team and work closely with colleagues clients and insurers to provide a first-class service.
Working in collaboration with other Team Leaders you will manage a team of Client Advisors on a wide range of insurance programmes focusing on Corporate clients. You would be responsible for leading a team of Client Advisors whilst having ownership of the full renewal process of your own corporate portfolio. The role will involve being an active part of the Manchester Management Team as well as working with Client Executives in strategy meetings gathering / analysing data working with clients and insurers to obtain quotations create reports and finalise placements. You will have all the necessary support training and resources to develop your own career and skills and to drive the skills in your team forward.
