Job description

Our client, a highly regarded national commercial law firm with a strong corporate practice across the UK, is seeking a Corporate / Senior Corporate Associate (3+ PQE) to join their Birmingham team.

You will work within a partner-led corporate team advising on a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, shareholder arrangements, disposals, reorganisations, and corporate advisory work.

This role offers the chance to engage with a diverse client base, including institutional and private companies, investors, and high-growth ventures, with exposure to both regional and national corporate work.
