Job description
Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to provide a Business Support function for the Integrated Social Care & Health Centre staff team. This is a 80 bed reablement service that will provide short term care and support to Sandwell residents. You will be required to undertake the necessary admin functions to ensure the service operates to a high standard.

Able to: provide an effective, efficient and professional front line service; driven and committed to achieving results; use your own initiative and work as part of a team; manage competing demands; a good communicator with a range of staff and visitors

Essential requirements

  • OCR L2 or equivalent in Word Processing
  • GCSE C or above in English & Maths or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience of working in an administrative/business support environment
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office applications
Working Hours
  • 20 hour post is working 4pm till 8pm Monday to Friday
  • 19.5 hour posts are working alternate weekend and one day in the week as detailed below.
  • Week 1: Monday 9am till 5.30pm and Saturday 8am till 8pm
  • Week 2: Sunday 8am till 8pm and Friday 9am till 5.30pm
Additional Information

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
