My client is looking for a Technical Lead, the tech Lead / Copilot SME will act as a Copilot SME and a bridge between my client and the SI delivery company.

The Copilot SME will lead the technical implementation of the agentic framework, leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related technologies.

You will assist with setting the Standards and Governance, while ensuring the solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Architect and implement the Declarative Agentic Framework, embedding governance, controls, and compliance best practices.
• Develop and validate pilot M365 agents (e.g., for document search, reporting, digital colleague scenarios).
• Collaborate with the Engagement Lead, BA, and PM to define requirements, delivery plans, and success metrics.
• Guide the team on technical standards, code quality, and solution architecture.
