Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Extensive experience representing lenders and understanding their requirements.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for residential conveyancing transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) rules and client standards.
• Oversee daily operations to facilitate smooth completions.
• Review and sign off key documentation for quality assurance.
• Liaise with stakeholders, providing legal advice on complex files.
