We are seeking a dedicatedConveyancing Secretary to join our team on a full time basis at Macks this position you will play a crucial role in supporting our ConveyancingTeam.
Your day to dayresponsibilities will include :
Supporting residential property transactions
Providing administrative support to fee earners
Communicating effectively with clients ensuring their needs are met
Handling a variety of tasks to support the smooth running of the team
The ideal candidate willpossess :
Excellent Organisational Skills : Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload efficiently.
Strong Communication Skills : Both verbal and written with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail to ensure all documentation and processes are accurate.
IT Proficiency : Competence in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Work Ethic : A positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond.
