£25,000 - £35,000

QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Assistant or a Residential Property Paralegal, to join our well-respected client in Thame.

We are looking for someone with experience assisting on cases to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to have roughly 1 to 5 years experience.

The type of residential transactions you should have exposure to are:

• sales
• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity

If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
