About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary or Assistant to join the firm's Conveyancing Department, focusing primarily on residential conveyancing. You will play a key role in supporting solicitors with file management, contract preparation, client communication and completion statements. The role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a close-knit, collaborative team in a professional yet friendly office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft basic contracts and other documentation for property transactions
  • Handle replies to client and third-party inquiries
  • Prepare and review completion statements
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
  • Support solicitors and colleagues with general administrative tasks
  • Use industry-standard legal software systems efficiently
