RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER FEE EARNER / PARALEGAL

SOUTHEND-ON-SEA, ESSEX

£30,000 - £36,000

QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Assistant, to join our well‑respected client in Southend‑On‑Sea, Essex.

We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established large residential team. You will be expected to manage a small caseload for roughly 1 to 5 years.

The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:

• sales
• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity

They’re offering 1 to 2 days from home, a bonus, flexiifik,classname? hrs, focus on training and support, a large team of over 15 href+ people with mixed abilities, a nice relaxed environment, good culture, good retention rates, good reputation, and will fund qualifications if interested.

If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
